We strive to process and ship all orders promptly. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your package every step of the way.
Return
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to report any issues or request a return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Contact Us Within 14 Days – Reach out as soon as possible with clear photos or proof of the issue.

Return Label Provided – Once we receive and verify the proof, we’ll send you a prepaid return label.

Full Refund – After we receive the item at our warehouse, your refund will be processed in full.
Note: We cover return shipping costs for any items that arrive damaged or defective.
